You’ve just taken the first step towards realising your dream adventure - a unique guided experience through the amazing land and seascapes of New Zealand. We offer you the opportunity to custom-design your own Wild experience hunting, gathering, fishing or exploring hunting deer amidst the ruggedness of the Kaimanawas, the Raukumara ranges or other forest parks or even deep in the south on Stewart Island. Or, Boat/Beach or Rock fishing in beautiful New Zealand - Marlin & Tuna (deep sea fishing) or Snapper and Kingi or gathering some ‘Kaimoana’ (seafood) from our plentiful coastlines, feasting on it later. We offer an adventure-guaranteed holiday including contingency plans if the weather is unsettled. We will make your time with us varied and enjoyable from start to finish. You can be rest assured you will be in good, safe hands with our guide, Shane. Hunting
We design a package specific to your needs to ensure you have an experience to remember, that gives you an idea of how we as New Zealanders like to spend our pass time hunting. Experienced or inexperienced hunters are all catered for. Options of day trips or a few nights in the bush staying in huts/lodges, or roughing it and sleeping in a tent! Various hunting options are: North Island hunting for Red Deer, Sika Deer, Fallow Deer. South Island hunting extends to Chamois and Tahr. Pig and Turkey hunting are included in the year round category. Seasonal shooting for Duck, Pheasant, Canadian Geese, Swan and Quail. (Starting early May through to June 30th)
Adventure:
As New Zealander's we understand just how lucky we are to have this stunning country of ours at our disposal and know there is plenty to explore and experience. What we are able to organise, ranges greatly but includes such things as scenic treks, boating and beach trips, to golf clay pigeon shooting and more!. You let us know what your interested in and we will work with you to arrange the best possible adventure!. There are a huge number of amazing scenic treks and bush walks in New Zealand, which with our extensive knowledge and experience, we can cater to your individual needs, to ensure that you have the most in depth and enjoyable time possible. For those of you who like to get out and socialise we can organise pub tours, with varied lengths, destinations and tastes in mind. We will be there to ensure you have a safe and fun time!
Gathering:
When it comes to gathering food nothing beats our New Zealand coastline, ripe with shellfish sought-after by the rest of the world! With our expert guidance there will be no trouble collecting Green Lipped Mussels, Oysters, Paua, Pipis, Crayfish, Crab… the list goes on! Then to bring these back to be cooked by us, the Kiwi way. Back at our property and surrounding lands also give you the opportunity to try your hand at fresh water Eel netting, then enjoy your very own self caught meal!
Dining:
When it comes time to eat, you can cook for yourself or be spoilt by our hospitality. Indulge in fresh vegetables, fruit and local seasonal delicacies alongside your catch of the day, complimented by home made relishes, pickles, jams and jellies. Alternatively try some home-grown beef or lamb. There is always Venison if hunting is your thing.
